POZIV ZA 18. JESENSKI MEĐUNARODNI BJELOVARSKI SAJAM

Zadovoljstvo nam je pozvati Vas da sudjelujete na našoj najvećoj sajamskoj manifestaciji,18. jesenskom međunarodnom bjelovarskom sajmu, koji će se održati od 10. do 12. IX ove godine pod pokroviteljstvom Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja.

Očekuje se da će sajam otvoriti predsjednik Ivo Josipović.

Jesenski međunarodni bjelovarski sajam

najveća je sajamska priredba Bjelovarskog sajma, ali i najveća specijalizirana stočarska priredba u zemlji. Prošli je sajam posjetilo više od 50 tisuća posjetitelja, a izlagača je bilo više od 450. To je međunarodni stočarski, gospodarski i obrtnički sajam, sa najvećom ponudom poljomehanizacije na jednom mjestu u Republici Hrvatskoj. U sklopu sajma održava se i osamnaesta po redu državna stočarska izložba.

Za sve sajamske priredbe i ostale prigodne manifestacije nudimo:

- 5.500 m2 zatvorenog prostora

- 1.600 m2 poluzatvorenog prostora

- 30.000 m2 otvorenog prostora

- 5.000 m2 objekata za izložbu stoke

- 100.000 m2 parkirnog prostora.

Izlagačima nudimo mogućnost osiguranja izložbenih eksponata, opreme i djelatnika za vrijeme trajanja sajma od štete i svih rizika uključujući lom, krađu, provalnu krađu ili nezgodu djelatnika kod službenog osiguravatelja manifestacije.Vaše Prijave primat ćemo na priloženim obrascima

do prodaje raspoloživog prostora, a najkasnije do 20. VIII 2010. godine.

S obzirom da se stanje u gospodarstvu, poljoprivredi i sveukupno državi nije bitno promijenilo u odnosu na početak godine, ponovno smo odlučili izaći u susret našim vjernim izlagačima. Pored popusta koji su ostvarili pojedini izlagači potpisom godišnjeg ugovora o izlaganju, cijene izložbenih prostora za ovaj sajam smo odlučili spustiti još dodatnih 10%. Uz ovaj popust, pripremili smo i popust za avansno plaćanje u iznosu od 5% (plaćanje cijelog iznosa računa do 01. IX 2010. godine).

Naše višegodišnje ugovorene izlagače molimo da svoje Prijave dostave do 1. VIII 2010. godine jer poslije toga im nećemo moći garantirati do sada korištene lokacije. Pozivamo Vas da nam se pridružite na našem najvećem sajmu, kako bismo zajednički predstavili najnovija dostignuća u poljoprivredi, gospodarstvu i obrtništvu, te nastavili s dugogodišnjom tradicijom

sajmovanja na ovim prostorima.

Dear participants,

It is our honour to invite you to participate in our biggest fair event. The 18th International Autumn Bjelovar Fair, which takes place from 10th to 12th September, 2010 and is sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.

The Fair is expected to be opened by the Croatian president Ivo Josipović.

The International Autumn Bjelovar fair is the biggest fair event of the Bjelovar fair, but also the biggest specialised livestock event in the country. Last year’s Fair was visited by more than 50 thousand visitors and more than 450 exhibitors. It is an international livestock, economy and craft fair with the largest offer of farming equipment all at one place in the Republic of Croatia. The Fair also hosts its 18th livestock exhibition at the state level.

For all fair events and other related events we can offfer:

- 5.500 m2 of closed space
- 1.600 m2 of half-closed space
- 30.000 m2 of closed space
- 5.000 m2 of objects for livestock exhibition
- 100.000 m2 of parking space.
All the exhibitors are offered a possibility to insure their exhibition displays, equipment and employees during the Fair against any damages or risks inclu ding breakage, stealing, breaking in or against accidents using the official insurance company employed for this event.
Your applications can be sent by filling in the enclosed forms by 20th August at the latest and they will be processed until all the available space has been sold out.

Since the economy, agriculture and overall conditions in the country have not considerably changed in comparison with the beginning of the year, we have decided to
grant additional discounts for all our faithful exhibitors. Apart from the discounts given on the basis of a signed Annual Agreement on Exhibiting, the prices for exhibition space for this Fair have been lowered by additional 10 %. As an addition, there is a discount for the advanced payments in the amount of 5% (payment of the total full amount by 1st September, 2010).

Our exhibitors who have signed the agreement for more years are asked to submit their Application Forms by 1st August, 2010, because we cannot guarantee that they would be able to use their previously chosen locations. We would like to invite you to join us at our biggest
fair so that we can present and introduce the newest accomplishments in agriculture, economy and craft together as well as to continue with the long tradition of fairs within this area.
